As an Bilingual Sales Enrollment Specialist , you will work with warm inbound leads and guide prospective clients through the process of obtaining their contractor's license and building their future business. Pay Rate:

Inside Sales Rep:

Contact and follow up with warm inbound leads regarding contractor license and business development programs Conduct phone consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate programs and services Educate prospective clients on licensing requirements, program benefits, and available resources Build rapport and maintain consistent communication throughout the enrollment process Overcome objections and confidently close sales opportunities Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance metrics Collaborate with management and team members to improve sales strategies and customer experience Provide professional customer service and maintain a positive representation of the company Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous sales experience strongly preferred, including inside sales, retail sales, telecom sales, solar/home improvements, automotive sales, customer retention/ collections, call center sales, or enrollment advising or Education program sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound and follow-up calls Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure Goal-oriented with a commission-driven mindset Basic computer skills Bilingual English/Spanish is required What We Offer Competitive hourly base pay Uncapped commission potential Warm lead opportunities Ongoing training and support Career growth opportunities Ready to grow your career and earn uncapped commissions?
