Required Qualifications:

HSD/GED 3

years of recent experience working as an Executive Assistant, High-End Sales, PSR, or Enrollment Specialist Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and use proper grammar 2 completed supervisor references

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CS-Link/Epic Understanding of medical terminology

Job Duties:

Call handling on inbound/outbound patient calls provided details and answer questions about concierge medical service plans Email payment links, information pamphlets, and enrollment forms to interested patients Process enrollment paperwork and confirm enrollment Patient check-in (lunches and breaks) Patient chaperoning (lunches/breaks)

Pay:

$26.00 - $27.00 per hour
