This on-site role in Pasadena, CA is ideal for a bilingual Spanish-speaking professional who enjoys helping seniors and families understand Medicare options, complete enrollment steps, and receive accurate, compassionate support. This opportunity offers meaningful client interaction, a collaborative office environment, supportive leadership, and the chance to contribute during a high-impact seasonal project. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with Medicare questions, plan options, enrollment steps, and documentation needs. Review Medicare applications, forms, and client records for accuracy and completeness. Provide professional support by phone, email, and in person while delivering excellent client care. Collect required information, follow up on outstanding items, and help resolve claims-related questions. Support insurance agents with Medicare-related administrative tasks, data entry, document management, and policy updates. Maintain organized client files and help ensure timely, accurate processing during the enrollment season.
Compensation and Benefits Pay rate:
$29.00 to $32.00 per hour.
Job type:
Contract/Temporary.
Duration:
August through December 2026, with potential early start.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work location:
On-site in Pasadena, CA. Ideal candidates live within 10 miles of Pasadena. Candidates must live within 10 to 20 miles of Pasadena. Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday.
