Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST)

Full-Time | 6-month contract-to-hire

Woodland, CA | On-site About the Role We are seeking a motivated and community-focused Enrollment Service Representative - Outreach to support enrollment and education efforts within the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, presenting information, and making a meaningful impact by helping individuals navigate healthcare options. Key Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face outreach and provide enrollment assistance to individuals and groups Present healthcare plan options and educate beneficiaries on available services Support enrollment and disenrollment processes Build and maintain strong relationships with county staff, community organizations, and clients Participate in community events, outreach programs, and health fairs Accurately document interactions and maintain records in CRM systems Perform data entry and transmit enrollment information per established procedures Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed Provide support for medical exemption and waiver inquiries Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards Identify and report process improvements and compliance concerns Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing) Minimum typing speed of 20+ WPM Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Willingness to travel locally within the county and surrounding areas Preferred Qualifications Experience in human services, customer service, or community outreach Public speaking, teaching, or presentation experience Experience working with diverse or underserved population Comfortable presenting information to individuals and groups Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Benefits Health insurance (Medical, vision, dental) 401 (k)
