Enrollment Specialist | Healthcare Outreach & Admissions Customer Service Excellence | Direct Patient Impact Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for an empathetic Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to support seniors and their families throughout the healthcare enrollment process. This field-based role focuses on building relationships, educating prospective participants, coordinating documentation, and guiding individuals through a seamless enrollment experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective participants and families, providing education, support, and guidance throughout the enrollment process. Manage enrollment activities including intake meetings, documentation collection, CRM updates, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Develop relationships with healthcare providers, senior communities, and community organizations to support referrals and successful enrollments. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, admissions, intake coordination, enrollment, or business development within healthcare, senior care, managed care, insurance, or related industries. Proven ability to manage both B2B referral relationships and B2C patient/member interactions while effectively guiding individuals through a decision-making process. Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, social work, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent healthcare experience considered.
Compensation and Benefits:
