- Provide clear, timely, and intentional communication and follow-up with prospective students throughout the enrollment funnel, from initial inquiry through matriculation.

- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Recruitment to develop and execute annual recruitment plans for assigned graduate programs.

- Assist in the development and management of recruitment communication plans for assigned graduate programs, ensuring messaging is targeted, timely, and aligned with the needs, interests, and motivations of key prospective student populations.

- Serve as the primary recruitment liaison for assigned academic departments, building strong partnerships with faculty and program leadership.

1 year In lieu of the educational qualifications, candidates may qualify with equivalent professional experience at a ratio of one year of experience for each year of required education. Certifications and/orLicensures:
Skills & Abilities:
Admissions or program enrollment experience with demonstrated successful results, particularly in the areas of managing timelines and enrolling students. Experience with CRMs and/or communications systems a plus! (e.g. Slate, Salesforce). Familiarity with the needs of graduate students.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education preferred. Bilingual a plus!Physical & On-Campus Requirements:
