Job Description

Summary :
The holder of this position is expected to assist with recruiting, retaining, and advising international students at Goldey-Beacom College.
Department :
Admissions Education/Experience:
Associate degree plus minimum of two years' experience in records management and/or a general administrative office environment.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 25 pounds, as needed.
Essential Functions:
International Admissions Operations:
Process and review international application materials for completeness. Manage document collection including transcripts, passports, financial documentation, and English proficiency materials. Support I-20 preparation workflows and pre-processing activities. Monitor incomplete applications and conduct follow-up outreach. Maintain accurate student records within CRM and SIS platforms.
Student Communication and Support:
Respond to student inquires via email, phone, CRM, and messaging systems. Provide front-line support regarding admissions requirements, application status, deposit steps, and onboarding support. Assist with appointment scheduling. Support and assist students through the application and admissions process. Compliance and Administrative Support Assist with the preparation and organization related to visa statuses and requests to or from USCIS. Maintain organized electronic student files and audit-ready records. Track required student documentation and compliance deadlines. Support CPT/OPT intake workflows and document collection. Assist with reporting, data entry, and operational audits. Monitor shared inboxes and communication queues.
