AT&T Enrollment Representative

Golden Coast Consulting seeks someone to enroll residential customers in AT&T plans and services. This role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong sales instincts, and the ability to guide customers through enrollment and device activations. This is a performance-driven role with clear earning potential for high performers. The AT&T Enrollment Representative manages in-person enrollments, explains plan options, verifies customer eligibility, and completes activations — all while ensuring compliance with AT&T enrollment standards. Every AT&T Enrollment Representative should expect to work closely with store staff to meet sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience. What an AT&T Enrollment Representative Will Do Sell AT&T mobile phones and enroll residential customers in plans in person. Perform device demonstrations and explain plan features to bilingual customers. Complete activations, eligibility checks, and enrollment paperwork accurately. Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of accessories and services. Meet and exceed AT&T Enrollment Representative enrollment and revenue targets. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Promote current AT&T offers and incentives to maximize conversions. Support store merchandising and maintain professional presentation. What an AT&T Enrollment Representative Should Have Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Proven sales ability or strong retail/customer service background. Competitive, target-driven mindset with commission experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in enrollment processes. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale systems. Reliable, flexible schedule availability including weekends. High school diploma or equivalent; telecom experience a plus.
