About the Role Are you an elite closer or high-performing sales professional who loves the psychological challenge of turning a "No" into a "Yes," but you are ready to escape the exhausting loop of cold calling? We are seeking a goal-driven Client Retention Specialist with a strong sales background to anchor our Client Services division. When a customer experiences second thoughts, buyer's remorse, or anxiety during their legal timeline, you are the strategic counselor who steps in. You will not handle basic IT bugs or answer routine billing questions. Instead, you will use your top-tier objection-handling, active listening, and relationship-selling skills to reinforce the massive financial relief our program delivers, alleviate consumer anxiety, and keep clients confidently on their path to timeshare freedom. What You Will Do Defend the
Enrollment:
Intercept and consult with at-risk clients considering cancellation, successfully re-selling the core value and necessity of our consumer advocacy services.
Overcome Elite Objections:
Confidently handle complex objections regarding the legal timeline, financial obligations, and high-pressure tactics used by timeshare resorts.
Educate and Reassure:
Articulate our proven, attorney-led strategy and our 100% money-back guarantee to rebuild ultimate trust and commitment.
Streamline Client Care:
Keep your energy focused purely on relationship management and retention by delegating formal legal updates or technical issues directly to our case management team.
Hit Performance Goals:

You possess a background in high-ticket B2C/B2B sales, account management, consultative enrollment, debt relief, or timeshare exit.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales closing, corporate retention, or commission-incentivized customer preservation. Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Proven history operating within a metric-driven environment (utilizing CRM data tracking, sales pipelines, or clear performance goals). Ability to pivot quickly from compassionate de-escalation to assertive, logic-driven closing. Prior experience in consumer advocacy, financial services, debt settlement, or timeshare exit is highly preferred. [1]
Compensation, Perks & Benefits Stable Baseline Pay:
A competitive base rate of $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, protecting you from the unstable lows of commission-only positions.
Uncapped Earning Potential:
Monthly performance incentives tied directly to your contract save rate ($55k-$72k+ expected first-year On-Target Earnings).
