Outreach Specialist Location:

Pay:

$20.00/hour TEKsystems is seeking an Outreach Specialist. This role is responsible for contacting members, verifying enrollment information, reviewing coverage details, and supporting membership administration processes. Responsibilities + Conduct outbound calls to members to verify residency and enrollment information + Review and validate payment status and enrollment details in internal systems + Research and confirm member information using multiple platforms + Send member communications using established templates + Document interactions and findings accurately + Track and follow up on pending enrollment or verification cases + Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as appropriate + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of enrollment information Qualifications + Previous customer service, customer support, or call center experience + Experience making outbound calls preferred + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems + Ability to follow established processes and procedures + Reliable and professional work ethic Preferred Qualifications + Healthcare, insurance, or membership services experience + Experience with enrollment verification processes + Familiarity with Salesforce, QNXT, or similar systems This is a fully onsite position located in Honolulu, HI. Candidates must be able to work on-site throughout the duration of the assignment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
