Enrollment Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Speak directly with customers during in-person interactions to introduce and promote fiber internet enrollment options. Clearly explain products, discounts, and plans to help customers make confident enrollment decisions. Deliver a welcoming, professional experience reflecting the standards of Kingdom Management Group and our clients. Assist customers with new service activations, basic troubleshooting, and follow-up communications. Handle customer information with care, following company guidelines to keep every enrollment secure and compliant. Stay current on service updates, features, and promotions to make thoughtful fiber internet recommendations. Work alongside fellow Enrollment Associates to hit daily and weekly enrollment targets. Stay curious and coachable, using training sessions and feedback to sharpen your skills.

Ideal Enrollment Associate Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills with customers, peers, and leadership. Comfortable in a customer-facing environment.
