Verifying program eligibility and function in clinic flow by initiating client visits. Assisting with WIC applications, benefit troubleshooting, client scheduling and WIC card issuance. Previous electronic medical records (EMR) experience is highly desirableRequirements:
High school diploma, or GED equivalent, One (1) year of experience in a customer service environment Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Must have excellent phone etiquette, customer service, data entry, organizational, and communication skills Bilingual Spanish and/or French highly desirable CUPHD provides a comprehensive benefits package which includes: CUPHD offers qualified bilingual employees an additional $3.00 per hour, upon approval. o Eligible employees may complete language proficiency testing upon hire and can begin receiving the stipend as soon as they are approved.
