Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls relating to our Referral line Knowledge of current patient database and billing system Solid understanding of the products and services offered by the company to assist callers Assist with collecting data for referral sources Direct referral sources to the appropriate sales contact
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree a plus Hands on experience with CRMS softward and MS Office Excellent organizational skills and multi tasking Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service Skilled in time management when working independently or as part of a team while ensuring deadlines are met Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills to effectively problem solve and present solutions Understands and adheres to confidentiality requirements in relation to patient nformation You will be expected to work during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please note this job description is not designed to cover and/or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
