Job Description
The purpose of this class is to provide senior level professional work supporting for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid operations. Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' experience working within an enrollment management unit preferably Registration or Financial Aid. Preferred experience with Banner ERP system tools, web technology, Oracle, HTML, SQL, Banner INB/XE, Argos reporting tool and Microsoft applications. Provide technical support to the unit by reviewing and analyzing work flow for process improvements to Banner, SSB, CPOS table enhancements. Develop systems to enhance operations as directed by the Sr. Director, Enrollment Services. Assist with daily processing of enrollment related documents including Extender and Web platform processing. Support web enhancements, web tailor and report generation for the Sr. Director/Registrar and the Associate Registrar. Process, prepare and validate student documents related to enrollment and transfer process for College Promise, Md Process and Incentive awarding. Audit and/or verify student records.
