Adoption Specialists partner with individuals seeking to open their homes and hearts to welcome children who have experienced trauma. This role offers you the opportunity to share your unique talents in life-changing ways and to grow and develop professionally, regardless of your social service journey. We are looking for great communicators who understand teams and who are committed to excellence. Required training and supportive leadership will be provided. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required in social work or a related field of study. Two years of Child Welfare experience is preferred. Child Welfare Training Institute training provided. Must successfully complete the background screening process. About the services we provide Spectrum Child and Family Services supports our community's children and teens who are delinquent, have been neglected/abused or abandoned, are medically fragile, have multiple handicaps, are dual-diagnosed, and are behaviorally and/or emotionally impaired. Our programs support a population with constantly changing needs, and our goal is to strengthen and empower the families so they become self-sufficient, stable, and competent.
