Job Description

US Aviation Academy is seeking a driven, high-energy Admissions Specialist to support student recruitment, lead conversion, and enrollment growth across our flight training and aircraft mechanic programs. This role is heavily focused on sales performance, consistent follow-up, and closing enrollments , while delivering a professional and informative experience to prospective students. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable managing a high volume of leads using modern CRM and communication tools such as Salesforce, RingCentral, Calendly, and Microsoft Office Suite . Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Conversion Manage inbound and outbound leads with the goal of converting prospects into enrolled students Conduct discovery calls to understand student goals, timelines, and financial considerations Present training programs clearly and confidently, aligning offerings with student needs Overcome objections and guide prospects toward commitment and enrollment Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets Follow-Up & Pipeline Management Execute structured follow-up campaigns via phone, email, and text using RingCentral and Salesforce Maintain a disciplined cadence of follow-ups to ensure no lead is left unattended Track all communication, notes, and status updates within Salesforce CRM Move prospects efficiently through the admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment Scheduling & Engagement Coordinate campus tours, virtual meetings, and enrollment appointments using Calendly Conduct virtual or in-person information sessions to educate prospective students Ensure timely responses to all inquiries to maintain a high level of engagement Administrative & Systems Management Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) for communication, reporting, and document management Maintain accurate student records and ensure all required documentation is collected Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in sales, admissions, or high-volume customer engagement roles Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or enrollment targets Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems required Familiarity with RingCentral, Calendly, and Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Traits Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win and achieve goals Self-motivated and proactive with follow-up discipline Comfortable handling objections and guiding decision-making Passion for aviation or interest in aviation careers is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives tied to enrollments Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding aviation training organization Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Dynamic and team-oriented work environment Why Join US Aviation Academy?
