Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive customer service representative responsible for processing eligibility, ACH forms, assisting with billing portal enrollment, researching and resolving member issues and requests.
Ideal Candidates:
Thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting. Responsibilities for the Enrollment Eligibility Rep includes but not limited to: Taking In-bound customer calls regarding enrollment eligibility processing. ACH forms and membership processing. Assist members with billing portal enrollment. Reach and resolve member issues and requests.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent with one year related experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with CRM or member management systems. Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to independently. Strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to accurately follow instructions. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Data Entry. What's in this position for you?

$12.30 / Hr Contract Temp

Pay Details:
