Job Description

The Enrollment Services Specialist serves as a key point of contact for current and prospective students, providing support and guidance throughout the enrollment process. This position is responsible for delivering accurate information regarding admissions, registration, financial aid, and academic records, while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and federal/state regulations. The Enrollment Services Specialist ensures a positive student experience by offering exceptional customer service, problem resolution, and timely processing of enrollment-related transactions.
Education:
An associate's degree is required.
Skills:
Teamwork Interpersonal communication Confidentiality Customer service Comfortable use of computers/technology Ability to work with groups of people Public speaking
Work Experience:
Experience working with students in a community college financial aid office is preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Ability to work well with faculty, staff, students, and community members.
