This position is responsible for delivering accurate information regarding admissions, registration, financial aid, and academic records, while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and federal/state regulations. The Enrollment Services Specialist ensures a positive student experience by offering exceptional customer service, problem resolution, and timely processing of enrollment-related transactions.

An associate's degree is required.
