Responsibilities Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner. Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate. Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience. Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility. Qualifications 1 year of experience in a related field Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred. Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
