Job Description

Under direction, supervises a group of employees engaged in reviewing information, interviewing and/or investigating tenants and other participants to determine eligibility for public housing or housing assistance programs; and/or apprises them of regulations affecting their rights and obligations as tenants; does other related duties.
Experience :
Three (3) years of experience in a public or private housing assistance program helping individuals and families in obtaining suitable housing accommodation and/or in determining their eligibility or qualifications for rent subsidy, home improvement loans, home mortgage, or other forms of housing assistance.
