The Wireless Enrollment Representative position is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to build a career in customer service, sales, or telecommunications. As a Wireless Enrollment Representative, you will help new customers complete the final steps of signing up for Verizon wireless services. You'll guide customers through plan selection, enrollment, and device activation while ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience from start to finish. No prior Wireless Enrollment Representative experience? No problem — we provide hands-on training and ongoing support.
