We are seeking a friendly, organized, and results-driven Admissions & Enrollment Specialist to help families discover the right early learning program while supporting the continued growth of our schools. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding families through the enrollment process from their first inquiry to their child's first day. Position Summary The Admissions & Enrollment Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families and is responsible for managing the admissions and enrollment process from initial inquiry through enrollment. This role plays a critical part in achieving enrollment goals by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate records, conducting school tours, and creating a positive experience for every family. Key Responsibilities Welcome prospective families and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the admissions process. Conduct professional tours of the center, highlighting our programs, curriculum, safety practices, and learning environment. Guide families through the enrollment process and ensure all required enrollment and licensing documentation is completed accurately and on time. Follow up with prospective families through phone calls, email, text messaging, and in-person communication. Convert inquiries and tours into enrollments while meeting monthly enrollment goals. Maintain accurate student files, enrollment records, waitlists, and family information. Assist families with tuition information, schedules, program availability, and enrollment requirements. Collaborate with Center Directors and administrative staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly enrolled families. Participate in community outreach events, open houses, and marketing initiatives to increase enrollment. Build strong relationships with current families to encourage retention and referrals. Prepare enrollment reports, monitor enrollment trends, and maintain accurate data. Ensure compliance with company policies and Nevada Child Care Licensing requirements. Travel between center locations as needed. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in admissions, enrollment, customer service, sales, childcare administration, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working toward enrollment and performance goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems. Experience with CRM, enrollment management, or childcare management software is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Required Certifications Current negative Tuberculosis (TB) test or ability to obtain prior to employment. Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Successful completion of all required state and federal background checks. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the center for extended periods. Ability to conduct tours and participate in community and family events. Schedule Full-Time 8-hour shifts Day shift Weekends as needed Occasional evening or weekend enrollment events may be required.
