Position Summary:
The Health Coverage Specialist plays an important role in helping individuals understand their health insurance options. This position involves speaking with prospective clients, learning about their needs, and guiding them through available coverage options. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.Responsibilities:
Speak with prospective clients to understand their health insurance needs. Explain available health coverage options in a professional and easy-to-understand manner. Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM system. Work closely with team members to provide a positive customer experience.Qualifications:
No previous insurance experience required; training provided. Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software and technology. Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license (training provided).What We Offer:
