We're expanding our Las Vegas team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Health Plan Specialists . Previous insurance experience is not required, and training is provided. Position Summary As a Health Plan Specialist, you'll communicate directly with prospective clients about their health coverage needs. You'll learn how to explain available health insurance options, answer client questions, and provide support throughout the selection and enrollment process. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop valuable skills in a professional environment. What You'll Do Speak with prospective clients by phone about their health coverage needs Learn about each individual's situation and available coverage options Explain health plans and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner Help clients navigate plan selection and enrollment Answer questions and provide follow-up assistance Document client conversations and information accurately in our system Work toward individual and team performance goals Collaborate with team members to provide a professional client experience What We're Looking For Excellent verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking with people and asking questions Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn Able to stay organized while managing multiple conversations and follow-ups Comfortable working with computers and digital tools Receptive to coaching and feedback Willingness to learn about health insurance products and applicable requirements Customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or sales experience can be helpful, but it is not required. Work Environment In Office | Full-time | Las Vegas, NV This position is primarily phone- and computer-based and is performed from our Las Vegas office. It does not involve door-to-door or field sales.
