Job Description

Our School is seeking an Admission and Recruitment person who will be able to out-reach work with counselors, not-for-profit organizations, and other employers in the Hempstead area to help them as well as the school in resolving their problems. If you worked with Acces-VR, Workforce 1, and other grant-sponsored training before, and you are a self-starter, ambitious, and like to win in a competitive environment, this position is for you! You must have exceptional sales and recruitment skills, the ability to connect with people, the desire for a challenge, and a can-win attitude. Job Description Responsible for giving highly effective and inspirational presentations to counselors and employers. The presentation Sessions will include in person at the client's offices, the use of live video, phone, email, and mail contact. Detail orientated and great with follow-ups Utilize a CRM to update all client connections and follow-ups. Strive to meet the goal or tasks assigned Knowledge, Skills & Traits Excellent customer service and commmunication skills Comfortable with communicating via live and recorded video or be open to receive training to become effective with video communication Knowledge/Passion for achieving excellence Confident self-starter Ability to prioritize and multi-task Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, web tools, email, and database)
