Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for individuals seeking enrollment assistance, providing clear guidance and support in both English and Spanish. Your energetic approach will help streamline the enrollment process, ensuring that families receive timely, accurate information about available services and programs at our school. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of diverse populations while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist students and families in completing enrollment applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking clients, translating complex information into understandable terms. Conduct student/family orientations to gather necessary demographic, school required information and for enrollment purposes.
