Job Description
Madison County Job & Family Services is seeking a highly motivated candidate for an Eligibility/Referral Specialist in our Income Maintenance Unit. Position responsibilities include interviewing applicants, determining eligibility for public assistance programs, completing referrals when needed, and navigation of public assistance benefit issuance system. Candidates must possess excellent communication and time management skills, work well independently and within a team environment. Prior experience as an Eligibility/Referral Specialist is preferred.
