Job Description

SUMMARY:
Assist in the registration process and maintenance of academic records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include: Assist students in the registration process. While housed on the Tonkawa campus, will provide assistance on the Enid and Stillwater campuses as needed Process transcript requests. Process transcripts received from high schools. Process transfer transcripts and post coursework. Process Early Alert requests submitted by faculty Process concurrent enrollment requests. Assist in the retention efforts of Northern Oklahoma College Assist with the graduation application processing Maintain job manual for position with regular updates to describe processes when substitutions are needed Subject to satisfactory Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure that includes a criminal background check. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
A minimum educational level of an associate degree.
