Job Description

Position:
Enrollment Processor Compensation:
$20/hour
Location:
Tulsa, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a leading local healthcare provider to help find a skilled Enrollment Processor to join their team! This is an opportunity supporting a high-volume enrollment team during a busy open enrollment period. You'll play a key role in keeping operations moving by handling detailed administrative work, organizing information, and supporting members with accurate, timely service.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Process enrollment-related documentation with accuracy. Review ID cards and supporting information. Scan, organize, and file documents. Assist with incoming mail and packet preparation. Support banking information updates and related tasks. Manage a high volume of calls professionally. Complete multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Maintain attention to detail throughout daily work.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Strong attention to detail. Basic computer literacy. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Comfort handling a high volume of calls. Willingness to learn new processes. Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Nice to
Have Skills & Experience:
Prior administrative or enrollment experience. Experience with document scanning and filing. Familiarity with customer support or call handling. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Other Information:
Contract role supporting open enrollment volume through March 2027. Team currently includes two contractors. Training is provided for ID card auditing. Flexible schedule may be available after training and strong performance.
