Delta-T Group is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our growing corporate team in Bryn Mawr.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Processes and tracks clearances (state child abuse clearance, state criminal history, FBI, etc.) to ensure accuracy of all credentialing and independent contractors being referred in the healthcare and education fields. Prioritizes and organizes the new independent contractors' files and verifies all required documentation to ensure it is processed in a timely manner. Provide communication to internal employees and affiliate offices via emails or phone calls to ensure a positive processing experience.

REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma and relevant work experience. Experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role. Proficient computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word. Solid communication skills. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

COMPENSATION

Excellent base pay depending on experience, as well as commission.
