You will handle admissions, clinical intake assessments, and insurance verifications to ensure smooth patient transitions. Work closely with Counseling and Nursing departments to provide top-notch care.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment is preferred. Familiarity with managed care, level-of-care assessments, and utilization reviews is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen potential patients and assess eligibility. Verify insurance benefits and secure funding. Coordinate admissions and communicate with staff. Maintain accurate records for authorizations. Serve as a liaison between departments. Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
