Job Description
The student enrollment advisor is responsible for recruiting, enrolling, and yielding a diverse and talented class of students to Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. This role blends relationship-driven recruitment with data-informed strategy—managing a defined geographic territory. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to: Build and sustain inquiry and applicant pipelines within assigned territories Translate student interest into applications, admits, and deposits Deliver high-impact, personalized recruitment experiences (in-person and virtual) Utilize CRM data to inform strategy and improve conversion outcomes As a core member of the team, the advisor will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to support institutional enrollment goals.
