In-Person $17.46 - $17.46 per Hour 1 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description STEP is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Eligibility & Data Entry Specialist to support our Transportation Programs. This full-time position serves as a primary public contact and is responsible for customer registration, eligibility verification, accurate data entry, and reporting.

KEY DUTIES

Answer high-volume phone calls regarding trip reservations and program inquiries Register customers and verify eligibility for MATP, Lottery, and PWD programs Enter, review, and correct data in automated information systems Maintain electronic and paper records accurately and confidentially Generate reports and perform quality control checks Educate customers on transportation sponsorship options Reconcile daily and monthly reports and ensure compliance with procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED One (1) year of office and data entry experience Strong communication, proofreading, and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Preferred:

Experience with shared-ride transportation or eligibility programs

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to pass required PA background clearances Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs Flexibility with work schedules and required training STEP is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Additional Details
