Job Purpose:

Be part of the Admission team that evaluates undergraduate applications for admission to Gonzaga University as a part-time Admission Application Reader. Admission Application Readers read and evaluate student applications, analyzing for admissibility of prospective students within the established framework provided by the Office of Admission. This remote position can be completed on a flexible schedule as long as a minimum number of hours and applications are completed each week and candidate must live in the area.

Strong written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and evaluate written content. Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated time management, punctuality, and priority setting skills Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and rubrics. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information in compliance with FERPA and university policies. Proficiency with standard office technologies, including web-based platforms, email, and data entry systems.
