Job Description
- Training will take place on-site. After training, the schedule is on a hybrid basis M-F (3 days on-site, 2 days from home)

- Advanced knowledge of standard computer and office software Duties and responsibilities: Annual Enrollment Specialists are primarily responsible for informing employees about the nature of benefits plans and any changes that happen to the structure of those benefits.
Annual Enrollment Specialist:
- Processing enrollments quickly and accurately
- Reviewing monthly payroll deductions
- Resolving employee issues with benefits administrators and insurance providers
- Assisting the employees in enrolling in dental, vision and medical insurance plans
- Providing new hires with explanations of benefits and instructing them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures
- Providing ongoing support for the HR and benefits teams
- Consulting with employees about eligibility and other pertinent issues
