Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry related to employee benefit enrollments. You will also be responsible for putting together requests for proposal documents. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient benefit administration for our clients. Input and maintain accurate employee data in our system Process benefits enrollments, terminations, and changes provided by the client Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies. Provide COBRA administration for clients Resolve billing issues and disputes. Provide prompt and courteous service for clients and their employees. Answer phones, redirect calls, or answer questions.
Skills:
Efficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, word, etc.) Ability to multitask Attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of health plans and flexible benefit plans, including Flexible Spending Accounts, HRA, and HSA (a plus) Experience with online enrollment systems (a plus) Health insurance background preferred but not required
Required:
Associate degree or equivalent job experience Familiarity of Microsoft Office suite
