Job Description

The Chargeback Specialist will be responsible for helping members by processing disputes and fraudulent charges on debit and credit cards. In addition, the Chargeback Specialist will handle all fraud related emails received from the fraud monitoring companies. Tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion are essential elements of the job.
Duties:
Work directly with the cardholder to determine how to proceed with unauthorized charges on their debit or credit card. Complete dispute paperwork and obtain cardholders signature on document. Promptly rectify members account and maintain and balance spreadsheets. File the dispute with the appropriate party. Respond to Pre-arbitrations and Arbitrations and update EnFact in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Twelve months of similar or related experience. Two-year college degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Effective time management and organizational skills. Good follow through skill. Discretion and ability to keep information private and confidential. PC/Technology proficiency. Must be able to efficiently multi-task and prioritize work. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to work well under stress.
