Corporate Actions Specialist #26-04943 Pittsburgh, PA 20% Remote Contract Starts 6/01/2026 Ends 12/04/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity that requires 4 days per week on-site.

Pay Rate:

$20.03 This role provides crucial support for mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, including custody and accounting processing, dividend and interest payments, and class action suits. The specialist will be responsible for initiating and processing transactions, reconciling client holdings, and maintaining all relevant documentation.

Responsibilities:

Provide support in the execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody and accounting processing Process liability notices and allocate dividend and interest payments Process class action suits Initiate, process, and maintain moderately intricate voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividends Support andplete basic client inquiries and requests Reconcile client holdings versus agent holdings to ensure accurate transaction processing Ensure all relevant documentation and recordkeeping is maintained within event files Contribute to client conversion, release, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

High School/secondary school or the equivalentbination of education and experience Basic knowledge of MS Office Flexible in shifts Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business Desired skills: Bachelor's degree 2 years of total work experience Experience in financial services processing and corporate actions Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
