Manage and optimize clearinghouse enrollment processes, set up workgroups, and resolve EDI/ERA claim rejections. Ensure seamless electronic claims submission, remit setups, and payer correspondence.Key Responsibilities:
Set up, monitor, and manage clearinghouse workgroups and user permissions. Process, track, and enroll EDI, ERA, and EFT agreements with payers. Work and resolve claim rejections, enrollment errors, and denials. Maintain accurate account documentation throughout implementation. Utilize advanced Excel functions (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables) for data tracking.Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. strong background in EDI, ERA, and clearinghouse enrollment workflows. Hands-on experience setting up workgroups and resolving rejected claims in clearinghouses (such as Waystar or Availity). Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).
