The Enrollment Specialist will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling individuals into our flight training programs. This position requires a passion for flight training and excellent communication skills. This specialist will have the opportunity to attend local events, perform onboarding tasks for new students, and provide a thorough overview of our school. This position is hybrid, with work being able to be conducted at or away from our training center. Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach activities to promote enrollment in programs
- Communicate with potential students through Podium
- Become familiar with our scheduling software to create, modify, and cancel reservations
- Review necessary documents that students need prior to training
- Assist in the development and implement strategies to increase program participation
- Assist individuals in completing enrollment forms and understanding program requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records of enrolled individuals
- Provide information about available programs to potential students Requirements
- Strong public speaking skills
- Ability to develop programs and initiatives
- Knowledge and experience in Aviation
- Knowledge and experience in Education
- Background in customer service, education, aviation, or related field
- Ability to collect and analyze data for program improvement
- Skills in recruiting individuals for program participation
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
