Enrollment Specialist

Enrollment Specialist - Aflac (Hybrid - Nashua, NH) Aflac is looking to add several driven individuals to support our growing team. This role involves working with local businesses to help introduce and implement voluntary benefit options for their employees. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will help explain available coverage options, assist individuals through the enrollment process, and develop ongoing professional relationships with clients. This position includes structured onboarding, continued training, and opportunities for advancement within a recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with business owners and employees to review available benefit options Assist individuals with the enrollment and application process Maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and support Participate in training and professional development opportunities Keep accurate and up-to-date client records

Training & Development:

No prior insurance experience is required. Training is provided, along with support for licensing coursework.

Compensation & Incentives:

Compensation is performance-based and may include commissions, bonuses, and additional incentives. Specific details will be reviewed during the interview process.
