- $150,000 at plan earnings — top performers can exceed this range.
Compensation:
$75,000- $150,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activitiesQualifications:
High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines A consistent top performer in sales You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred About Company IPS Cash is a growing real estate investment company that buys houses for cash in New England.
