Enrollment Experience Specialist Role Overview The Enrollment Experience Specialist is responsible for processing and maintaining member enrollments across multiple channels, including paper applications, inbound enrollment requests, online portals, and system reporting. This role requires flexibility to adapt to varying processing methods and assignments, ensuring accurate record updates, changes, and corrections. The ideal candidate will investigate and resolve enrollment issues, maintain data integrity, and foster strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.

Full-Time, Standard Business Hours Key Responsibilities Enrollment Processing:
Accurately process and maintain member enrollments through multiple intake channels, including paper applications, digital portals, inbound requests, and reporting files.
Issue Resolution:
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex enrollment discrepancies to safeguard data integrity across all platforms.
Stakeholder Support:
Manage and monitor internal, vendor, and business partner inquiries, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Cross-train across various enrollment workflows to provide flexible support during peak volume periods; mentor and coach peers across other lines of business to share subject matter expertise.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners.
Project Support:
Participate in special projects requiring subject matter expertise in enrollment processes, contributing insights, process improvements, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications Experience:
1+ years of related administrative, processing, or operations experience.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Location:
Must currently reside in and perform work from the state of Minnesota.
Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience:
Prior experience in health insurance, healthcare operations, or enrollment processing.
Communication Skills:
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical or complex information in a clear, user-friendly manner.
