Open Enrollment Specialist (Benefits Support) - $22/hr 📍 Schaumburg, IL or Maitland, FL (Hybrid) 🕒 Full-Time | Training Provided About the Role We're hiring Open Enrollment Specialists to support clients during their annual benefits enrollment season. In this consultative, appointment-based role , you'll guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish—not a traditional call center environment. Key Responsibilities Manage 30-50 clients during peak season Lead client consultations and working sessions via Webex Project manage open enrollment from start to finish Provide guidance, best practices, and system support Spend 6-7 hours/day on scheduled client calls Manage your own calendar and client appointments Partner with internal teams for issue resolution
Qualifications Required:
1+ year of professional or corporate experience Customer service or client-facing OR Human Resources Strong communication and relationship-building skills Tech-savvy; able to learn new systems quickly
High School Diploma Preferred:
Experience with benefits, payroll, or HR services Project or case management experience Bachelor's degree
Schedule & Work Environment Hybrid:
1 WFH day during training, up to 2 after
Training:
6 weeks | 9 AM - 5
PM CST Post-training:
