Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, this position serves as a key resource for current, prospective, and readmitted students throughout the enrollment process. This role supports enrollment, registration, and student records functions while exercising independent judgment to resolve issues, interpret policies, and deliver excellent customer service. Review, process, and maintain student records; support registration, credit evaluation, graduation processes, and the accurate maintenance of student information in institutional systems. Guide students through enrollment and registration processes by providing information and assistance through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions. Conduct outreach and provide enrollment support for readmitted students, including advisor assignment coordination, course placement guidance, and issue resolution. Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Finance, Student Success, and other campus partners to support student enrollment and resolve student concerns while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and FERPA requirements. Participate in special projects, professional development opportunities, and provide support across Enrollment Services as needed; perform other duties as assigned A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, equipment, and safety practices used in large commercial/institutional facilities. Highly motivated candidates with the ability to perform manual tasks, organize general cleaning activities, manage heavy equipment, take the lead with special cleaning projects, and work independently are preferred. Experience working in higher education, student services, admissions, enrollment, registration, or student records environments. Experience supporting students in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and managing multiple priorities. Experience with Ellucian Colleague and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of student records management, enrollment procedures, and higher education policies and regulations. Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with students, faculty, and staff
