$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM You're the "How Did That Get Done?" Person-And We Love That Do you have strong data entry skills and enjoy detail-oriented work? We are seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist to join a growing team supporting medical records processing and enrollment operations. This position is ideal for individuals with healthcare experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and enjoy working with documentation and data management systems, we encourage you to apply. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Additional healthcare or administrative training is a plus Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of data entry, administrative, or customer service experience Healthcare experience, medical terminology knowledge, or related education preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production goals Experience working with confidential information preferred Job Duties Review, organize, and prioritize incoming medical records Open and evaluate documents received through fax servers and email inboxes Enter and index medical records into the document management system Match records with appropriate health applications using identifiers Proofread enrollment information and accurately transpose data into letter templates Create and process a minimum of 90 letters per day Maintain quality and productivity standards established by leadership Communicate effectively with coworkers and internal departments Support enrollment operations and special projects as assigned Work overtime as needed to meet business demands Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
