Roane State Community College Job Summary The overall purpose of this job is to review and accurately process Admissions and Records files & related documents into the Student Information System (SIS) in a timely manner. This role is specifically tasked with Dual Enrollment and Middle College student processes and communication with high school partners & other college employees to support Dual Enrollment and Middle College students. Job Duties Audit and Processing of Dual Enrollment and Middle College applications and documents. Communication and collaboration with high school partners to ensure timely acceptance and registration of students. Verification and certification of Dual Enrollment Grant and Middle College Scholarship in Financial Aid System of Tennessee (FAST). Process and evaluate other admissions & records related documents. Provide first level support to end users in relation to admissions & records area. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required. Banner experience required. Two years of experience in admissions processing with degree or Three to Five years of admissions processing experience without a degree. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a higher education setting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills.
