Description Enrollment Specialist - Onsite in Fort Worth, Texas Help ensure access to vital benefits for the people we serve At Caregiver, Inc., our mission is to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living lives defined by dignity, independence, and inclusion. As an Enrollment Specialist , you'll play a critical role in helping individuals maintain access to Medicaid, Social Security, and other essential benefits that support their daily lives and long-term stability. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by meaningful work, this role offers the opportunity to combine administrative expertise with purpose. What You'll Do Monitor enrollments to ensure SSA, HHSC, VA, and other agencies are properly notified. Track moves and update
SSA/HHSC
records as required Assist in monitoring trust fund balances within resource guidelines Respond to area offices regarding Medicaid and Social Security issues Provide consistent, professional customer service and communication Work with SSA and HHSC to establish and maintain Medicaid and SSI benefits Report wages and updates to SSA as needed Review and complete reports from SSA and HHSC to maintain eligibility Monitor denied claims, follow up on open cases, and document updates Scan and electronically maintain all eligibility documentation Support additional duties as assigned Why Join Caregiver, Inc.? Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience verifying benefits Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Typing speed of 40 WPM and ten-key proficiency Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Comfort using office equipment such as copiers and scanners Preferred Experience in a governmental or benefits office Knowledge of
ICF, MEPD, HCS
waiver programs, or Medicaid eligibility processes
