• _ •What you'll be doing as an

Eligibility Specialist:

• + Take Applications verifications and determine eligibility for potential tenants + Interview prospects applicants for section 8 program + Explains applications and documentation completeness logs applications and input computer + Explains programs and eligibility requirements to applications + Prepares and written request for income verification + Verifies income from third party via phone and mail and fax + Notifies applicant in writing of the eligibility determination in accordance to Huds regulations and PHA policy + Calculates applicants total tenant payment and determines eligibility + Maintain applicant files, answers incoming inquiries from applicants and general public •Available shifts:•Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) •Job requirements:•+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Office, Leasing + Admin Experience + Must be bilingual + Must have driver license + Own transportation + Background check required + Drug Test Required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
