Customer Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities:

As a Customer Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and business owners, providing outstanding support and product presentations on services available to them Understand all service offerings to be able to drive sales by offering tailored solutions to meet customer and business needs. Engage with customers to promote and sell AT&T products and services. Manage customer and business accounts to take on various sales-related tasks, including processing transactions and following up on service installations Provide an experience that exceeds customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. Assist in training new hires on effective sales strategies, customer service techniques, and how to work with local businesses. Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Customer Enrollment Specialist Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a customer service, sales, customer-facing role or in a similar sales-focused role. Prior experience also working with businesses and business owners is a plus Proven track record of achieving sales goals Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse customer demographics. Ability to provide a professional and friendly customer experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. A passion for delivering excellent sales and customer service.
